About us:

Team Educate are a recruitment agency - working with primary, secondary schools and nurseries in Swindon, Bristol, Cardiff and Bristol and the surrounding areas.


  • What sets us apart from other agencies the majority of us here are exteachers therefore can offer education advice and prepare you if you are new to the industry._
You will work closely with the class teachers (primary school) to provide support for a class of children. The role can be part-time, full-time or as many days you desire.

This will be working 8.30 am pm Monday - Friday. Schools are willing to discuss permanent contracts for the right Teaching Assistant.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
  • Assist teacher with resources, tidying classroom, setting up and clearing down activities
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management techniques
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:


  • Proactive attitude and a good work ethic
  • Hold a Right to Work (UK)
  • Provide professional references from previous employers


Having experience is desirable but here at Team Educate, we recognize transferable skills and the right personality trait to thrive as a Classroom Assistant.

Job Types:

Salary:
£80.00-£100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
