£30,000 - £35,000 Depending on Experience + Performance-based Bonus (20%)

As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Inbound Account Management to join our team.


Job Description:


The Head of Inbound Account Management will play a pivotal role in scaling our client care capabilities, taking full responsibility for the operational effectiveness and growth of our account management team.

This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and team performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: Direct a growing team of account managers, expanding from 6 to 15 members within the next 18 months. Foster a positive, dynamic work environment that encourages growth and high performance.

Client Retention and Satisfaction: Ensure that law firm clients receive outstanding support, maximising their utilisation of ReviewSolicitors features and services. Implement strategies to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Performance and Target Management: Oversee the setting and achievement of retention targets and other key performance indicators. Monitor team and individual performance, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.

Recruitment and Training: Lead recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to meet and exceed client expectations.

Process Innovation: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of account management processes and practices. Encourage and implement innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and client care.

Staff Motivation and Retention: Cultivate a supportive and engaging workplace. Implement strategies to maintain high levels of staff motivation and retention.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in client care or account management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience in setting and managing performance targets, with a track record of achieving or exceeding these goals.
  • Ability to innovate and improve processes to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills.

Job Types:

Salary:
£30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
