Description
RWG is the leading global provider of approved maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Siemens-Energy industrial aero-derivative gas generators and power turbines.
We are authorised to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Rolls-Royce marine gas turbines used for marine propulsion.- Required to provide a friendly and knowledgeable service to callers and visitors and present a positive company image at all times.
- Required to make travel arrangements for the Business teams.
- Required to manage diaries and meeting rooms for Business demands.
- Required to manage inventory and raise purchase requisitions as dictated by the Business needs.
- Encouraged to actively identify and implement improvements in office practice.
- Responsible for additional ad hoc duties as and when required.
Experience:
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a professional office environment.
- Prior experience in dealing with clients/general public.
- Requires excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Professional appearance and telephone manner.
- Experience with Oracle/Maximo/Sharepoint advantageous, but not essential.
