Service Desk Supervisor

100% Onsite


Our client based in London is looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage the help desk aswell as provide mentorship to those witihin the helpdesk team.


Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day running of the ServiceDesk (IT Hub)

Provide first-line fixes and escalate technical support queries

Assist with Procurement team with stock control and asset management

Report support trends and initiate incident management response

Provide innovation and service level improvements to the ServiceDesk (IT Hub)

Skills and Experience

Excellent Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Windows and Apple Mac hardware and software including mobile phones
Experience working in a customer service or helpdesk environment
