My client is looking for either a Road/Ocean/Air Import or Export Clerk to join an ever growing and busy team in the Bradford Area.

Responsibilities:

Arranging and managing shipments from worldwide origins
Arranging collections with selected transport companies
Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc.
Providing excellent customer service to customers, dealing with any queries, and providing timely updates
Handling order traces, invoices, processing prealerts from overseas offices/ agents
Completion of Customs entries
Monitoring shipments until delivery
Job costing and invoicing
