£23k - £25k DoE


Contract:
Full time, Permanent


Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Administrator - The Role:

We are looking for an administrator to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers.
You will provide operational and admin support to the operations, warehousing and ISO team, reporting into the Operations manager.


What you'll do:


  • Provide admin support for ISO, liaising with all areas of the company
  • File and create documents as per company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Procurement admin
  • Work to deadlines
  • Support warehouse tasks and duties
  • General office admin
  • Fleet management admin support

Administrator - The skills you'll need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a keen attention to detail and the ability to be able to follow processes and procedures.


You'll also demonstrate:


  • At least 2 years of experience of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Experience working within a busy office environment
  • Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work accurately following comprehensive processes
  • A knowledge of ISO, procurement or logistics would be desirable but not essential
