The University of Strathclyde, Estates Services is seeking to recruit a Facilities Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of our new Learning and Teaching Building.

This is a new role for the University and involvement in developing processes brings opportunity in developing the role to meet the satisfaction of our occupancy customers.

The building is operational Monday

  • Sunday from 7am to 10pm and will require to be covered by 3 shifts. There will therefore be 3 vacancies in total going forward for this role. You will be assisted by 3 shift Facilities Assistants who you will line manage. Strathclyde Union will operate outwith these hours and will be operated separately by Strathclyde Union.
Initial interviews have been scheduled for 30/08/2023.
