Job Title_- Service Coordinator / Administrator

ORGANISATION_
Catchpoint UK are an NSI/BAFE approved fire and security company providing installation and service to local and national customers.
-
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB_
The coordinator will be responsible for organising and administrating engineer's daily workload. Other tasks will include; ordering materials, booking in maintenance visits, updating schedules. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, field management and technicians.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_

  • Assist the service manager in organising a team of engineers to ensure high productivity and profitability.
  • Data inputting and maintaining service management system.
  • Liaise with service management to ensure customers service level agreements are achieved.
  • Liaise between field technicians and warehouse to ensure vehicle stock levels are maintained.
  • Dealing with customer queries/complaints and relaying information to the relevant manager.
  • Liaise with customers to organise corrective and preventative maintenance visits considering geographical location.
  • Organising and arranging follow up actions and schedule into daily workloads.
  • Draft emergency rotas for approval from service management.
  • Maintaining customers bespoke facilities management systems.
  • Generate KPI statistics in line with NSI/NACOSS guidelines.
  • Produce monthly and daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • General office administration tasks.

EXPERIENCE_

  • Working with Microsoft office packages is essential.
  • Working with previous service management/CRM systems is desirable however training will be provided on bespoke system.
  • Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills.
  • Customer liaison experience in any service industry is desirable, but not essential.

Salary:
£11.20-£12.30 per hour
