ICT Digital and Infrastructure Officer:


Salary:
LS11 £35,283- £37,578

Closing date : 11 December 2023

Hours: 37 hours per week

Can you deliver a first-class Service ICT support out infrastructure that keeps our 300 members of staff and Councillors working? If this sounds like the challenge you are looking for, we would love to hear from you


You must be able to demonstrate the ability to design and implement new technologies, and to succeed in this role you will need an excellent technical understanding of modern ICT environments as you will be working with technologies including Storage devices, virtualisation, firewall and networking.


You will be educated to degree level, though other relevant qualifications plus experience would be acceptable for example MCSE or CCNA.


This role is ideal for someone who is looking to move to third-line support and who can demonstrate the use of technical skills and resources to deliver ICT solutions and services, along with excellent communication skills and proven experience in creating and maintaining customer relationships.


To be successful in this role you must understand ITIL Framework and be able to follow Prince 2 Project Management workflow.

Be versed in producing topology diagrams, handover documentation and Knowledge base articles for colleagues to use.
