Description
Freightserve are looking to recruit an experienced AOG Operators.

The roles will be working either 4 days on days off, 4 nights on 4 nights off or Monday - Friday shift patterns.

The company is based in the Heathrow area.


Job Purpose:
To complete exports from start to finish working in the AOG team


Key responsibilities:

  • Arrange collections on dedicated movements
  • Book all shipments with the airlines
  • Update customers with shipment details within KPIs
  • Complete the MAWB and customs
  • Pre alert the customer and network
  • Arranging of Air Import shipments
  • Air Import customs knowledge advantageous
  • Operational Finance (Costing and Invoicing)
  • Support export operations
  • Flexible and Adaptive approach key.
  • Clear Handover to following Shift.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Industry experience required
  • AOG specific experience
  • Excellent ICT skills to include Microsoft packages
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, calm and professional manner
  • Good timemanagement
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and good self motivation

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • AOG: 1 year (preferred)
