The marketing manager will report to senior management and will have the support of an external marketing consultancy. The Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to develop their skills across a variety of areas.
Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads (B2B).
- Create compelling content across different formats.
- Leverage automation tools and platforms to deliver campaigns.
- Develop creative and targeted digital campaign to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
- Analyse and measure performance of marketing activities.
- Build positive relationships with a variety of individuals and stakeholders.
You'll be an enthusiastic multi-disciplined marketing professional, looking for your next steps.
You'll have B2B marketing experience, either from the recruitment sector or from other B2B sectors such as IT/tech, wider professional services etc.
Skills and experience needed for the Marketing Manager role:
- B2B marketing experience.
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital and social platforms.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to build productive working relationships with different stakeholders.
