We are partnered with a growing Energy & Sustainability client based in an ideal location, in central Bristol. They're on the look for a Compliance Administrator to join their close-knit team. You'll need to have previous customer service experience, be confident over the phone and good at maths is advantageous too


What you'll be doing

  • Managing of the new clients gained from the sales team.
  • Building a good solid relationship with clients.
  • Processing of new sales and booking certification appointments.
  • Logging of new certification bookings and logging invoices.
  • Catching up with existing clients regarding their renewals.

What you'll need to apply

  • Previous experience within Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, Administration or similar.
  • A good understanding or qualification of Maths due to the nature of the role.
