We have an opportunity for a highly driven and motivated individual to become part of the Renal and Vascular Team.


The post holder will provide a professional lead/supervision for a team of Rota coordinator's, advise on Medical Workforce issues for the Trust in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.


The role would suit an experienced supervisor/leader who is organised, a confident communicator who can work effectively as part of a team.


The post holder will be required to coordinate and manage the surgical Rotas, ensuring that the team provide timely reporting and expert advice to managers where staff are required to have up to date permits to work and professional registration.

They will establish and maintain good practices and ensuring excellent communication and working relationships with the Recruitment and Payroll Department, and all service users.


Ensure all medical teams have the appropriate medical cover during annual intake and the change over dates throughout the training year in order to maintain patient care.
