Founded in 2007 and located in Leeds, my client's mission is to provide the tools and services that can support clubs with easy to use, time saving administrative tools reducing stress.
Due to continues success throughout the business, they are looking torecruit a Sales Manager on a full time, permanent basis to help grow and develop the sales and after sales team.
This particular role would be perfect for someone with a sales as a software background as well as management or leadership experience.
- Line managing the existing team, setting and monitoring targets and KPI's as well as providing on going support
- Converting a list of prospect clients into long term, loyal customers whilst constantly providing exceptional ongoing support and retention
- Developing and coaching the existing team to make sure they are providing exceptional services to potential and existing clients
- Strongly focusing on the retention of clients
The experience needed for the role:
- Team leading/managerial experience
- An entrepreneurialsales mindset
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- 4+ years' experience of software sales
- CRM platform experience with large customer data sets
- Customer/client conversion reporting
- Staff performance reporting
