Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administrator based in Lisburn. This position is working full time hours on a contract basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Administrative duties including managing inboxes, databases and spreadsheets
- Provide cover for switchboard and reception when necessary
- Taking bookings, managing diaries and sending out documentation
- Basic financial responsibilities including taking payments, issuing receipts and invoices
- General ad hoc duties as required
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum one years experience working in an office environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
