We are looking for a Senior Manager, who can join us and shape how we support and manage the delivery of the key business analytics the Digital Wallet requires to launch, grow and succeed.


Day to day you'll­

  • Support the delivery our digital wallet.
  • Manage the data and insights strategy to support the digital wallet.
  • Support the delivery of the customer segmentation model for wallet acquisition and engagement, based upon bestinclass audience modelling used by techsavvy big tech companies.
  • Identify commercial and customer experience opportunities using data to improve outcomes.
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop the data universe appropriately, in line with data privacy, consent and privacy by design principles.
  • Execute reporting and insights, and campaign selection processes to support trading performance within the digital wallet and merchant services business.

To be brilliant you must have

  • Handson experience working with data at an enterprise and detailed level.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to think strategically, but also get handson and into the detail when needed.
  • Selfstarting and driven to succeed.

It's a bonus if you have but not essential

  • Understanding of the latest data protection rules and best practices, including data minimisation, GDPR, privacy by design and consent management.
  • Experience of data processes, including data platforms, modelling and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of the latest cloudbased data tools, including Microsoft Azure solutions.
  • Understanding the latest modelling and segmentation tech, including machine learning/AI.
  • Strong understanding of digital propositions, including digital wallets, payments, and rewards.
  • Experience of delivering through third party development teams and partnerships.
