Do you have a proven track record in all aspects of accounts administration, including payroll, sales & purchase ledger and reporting?

Have you got experience of using SAP?
Our Client is privately owned, financially stable, and holds ISO standards in Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety.

They are seeking a
Finance Manager who is self-motivated, well-organized, computer literate, confident and reliable, with a desire to expand their knowledge and develop their skills.

The Role

The general support of the company's Managing Director and General Manager.
The general support to the company's accountants.
Allocation of payments and creation of remittance advices.
Attend regular management meetings, take and produce minutes.
Creation and submission of Sales Invoices
Data entry for Sales and Purchase ledger on SAP Business One
Management of the Business Partner Master Data on SAP, develop a method of gathering up to date information.
Payment of supplier invoices via Online Banking
Production of regular reports.
Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card statements.
The administration of expenses claims.
The administration of our field staff work reports and overtime claims, ensuring timesheets are actioned in line with invoicing dates to maximise cashflow.
Undertaking credit control, including creation of statements.
Upkeep of the company's accounts filing system (electronic & paper).
Experience of HR processes in a small company would be beneficial but not essential.
