Female Healthcare Assistant - Community Based

Chelmsford, Essex

Days, Nights, Weekends

Monday to Saturday 08:00-20:00 & 20:00-8:00

Pay Rate - Days £18.02 / Nights £20.22 / Weekends £22.40

We are looking to recruit female healthcare assistants with complex care experience to work with a 31 yr old woman with a diagnosis of Pontcerebellar Hypoplasia, profound muscle weakness, undiagnosed genetic disorder with elements of cerebral palsy.

She is very calm, fun loving, has a great sense of humour and loves staff chatting to her. we provide shadow shifts to ensure you feel comfortable, and a team of support available whenever you need it.

We are looking for the following key skills.

Tracheostomy & Ventilation Experience:


  • Trache Tube Change
  • Ventilation Via Tracheostomy
  • Very good Complex Care background
  • Communication
  • Driver
  • Manual handling
  • 12 months minimum Uk based experience
