About Our Client:

Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Contact Centre Advisor Position in Harrogate

The role would be working for a reputable business who have lots of exciting plans for growth and development and have an exceptional name within their market


As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be first point of contact for queries and technical advice ensuring customer service is key and all queries are resolved efficiently.


The role will involve if needed transferring to the 2nd line department and organising engineers to go out and fix any faults or issues.


The Successful Applicant:

Ideally previous Contact Centre experience required but could be open

We are looking for

A Customer Service superstar that thrives working within a fast paced environment

A confident telephone manner and is able to handle a high workload

Excellent organisation skills

A flexible approach and an excellent team player
