Your Role:
To support us on our collective journey to success the Assistant provides high-level administrative support.
The role holder will require exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
The role holder will serve as a key liaison between the Executive and other team members, clients, and stakeholders. The role holder will be proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.What you'll do:
- Extensive diary management for the Class Leader/Executive
- Arranging travel to include flights, hotels, visas, and preparing travel itineraries
- Processing all expenses Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Plan, organise and execute various events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, product launches and client meetings. Work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful event delivery, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct research and compile reports as requested by the executive
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
- Management of corporate entertainment
- Liaising with other EA/PA's both internally and externally
- Undertaking adhoc duties and administrative tasks when required
What we are looking for:
- Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant background
- Excellent oral / written communication skills
- Work well under pressure and to strict time constraints
- Personable, presentable and approachable
- Highly organised with ability to multitask
- Flexible
- Proactive and selfmanaging
