A position has arisen for a Sales Assistant at Corner House Garage, part of Meynell Plant Hire Limited. Corner House Garage is a car dealership based in Broughton Astley, Leicester.


We strive in delivering exceptional service to our customers and continue to meet high standards of professionalism throughout all departments in the business.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the highest quality of customer service at all times. You will also be responsible for the overall management of all sales and advertising administration.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the team in selling cars to customers.
  • Collating purchase invoices alongside other purchase information in order to create accurate documentation for customers.
  • Updating Database Systems with car deliveries and sales.
  • Updating and organising vehicle stock online through Auto Trader.
  • Promoting and selling finance options to customers.
  • Day to day banking for the Service and Sales department this includes processing the daily banking sheets and liaising with the finance department.
  • Legislations in relation to customer paperwork on a vehicle.
  • Filing and shredding customer information every quarter.
  • Flexibility to cover reception and supporting all members of the team when required.
  • Carry out additional duties within your skill and competence.
  • Abiding by Health and Safety responsibilities, procedures and regulations at all times in line with the Health and Safety Policy.
  • Compliance with GDPR at all times.

Relevant Qualifications or Experience Required:


  • Customer Service experience
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary:
between £29,000 to £35,000 depending on skills and experience.

Hours of work:
Full time, Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week (Thursday).


Salary:
£29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
