Office Administrator / Training Coordinator.


Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support tutor onboarding and training: Guide new tutors through the initial setup and ongoing use of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring they are wellequipped to start their teaching journey.
  • Coordinate student tutor allocation and scheduling: Ensure optimal matches and scheduling efficiency to facilitate effective learning outcomes.
  • Manage student and tutor records: Oversee administrative tasks including data entry, updating records, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling student and tutor information.
  • Provide crossdepartmental administrative support: Handle a diverse array of duties to support various departmental needs and contribute to the smooth operation of the organisation.

Requirements:


  • Unmatched attention to detail and superior organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles; experience in education or training environments is a plus.
