Description
To grow the client base within the region through the acquisition of new clients and management of carers.

To undertake assessments for new care packages to ensure that our services are aligned to client's needs resulting in providing an exception servicein line with CQC requirements.


LOCATION:


Surrey and surrounding areas - based at home, with some office working to attend team meetings and conduct carer interviews as required by the Registered Manager.


KEY DUTIES:


  • Previous Regional Consultant/Regional Manager experience within the Healthcare/Homecare industry required.
  • Level 4 qualification or above would be advantageous but not essential, experience in Health and Social Care important.
  • Clinical skills, previous assessment experience, knowledge and understanding of CQC guidelines, understanding of auditing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • Make decisions using professional expertise within a structured framework and using existing systems and policies.
  • Work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effectively prioritise workloads and time management.
  • Understand the importance of completing detailed assessment, involving the client, family / representatives, and other professionals in every stage of the process.
  • Provide support to the carers, with the necessary information to enable them to deliver a highquality level of service to all clients.
  • Current, clean UK drivers' licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • IT skills, Microsoft Excel, etc.
  • A Caring or Nursing background with clinical experience is desirable but not essential.
