My client is a Legal 100 firm based in Reading, Berkshire, that is seeking to appoint a solicitor (NQ up to 2 years' PQE) to join its expanding Employment team.

This opportunity offers work which will involve dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious issues, acting for acting for both businesses and private individuals.

Your caseload will include an array of employment matters to include settlement agreements, drafting contracts of employment, disciplinaries and grievances, redundancy matters, employment tribunals, and corporate support work.

You will also be expected to playan active part in the team's business development activities, including attendance at seminars, training workshops, networking events, and writing articles for our monthly eBulletin.
