We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Head of Clinical Governance to join a dynamic and reputable healthcare organization on a temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and driven individual to make an impact and lead the clinical governance team in ensuring the highest standards of care are met and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement clinical governance strategies and policies in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Ensure the delivery of highquality care, monitoring and improving clinical outcomes
Lead quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for improvement across the organization
Work closely with clinical teams to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
Manage the clinical governance team, ensuring they are supported and developed to deliver their roles effectively
Monitor and report on clinical governance performance, identifying and addressing any areas of concern
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement
Provide expert advice and support to senior leaders on clinical governance matters

Requirements:

A relevant healthcare qualification and significant experience in clinical governance leadership roles
Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in clinical governance
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, driving performance and delivering results
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
Experience in healthcare quality improvement initiatives and risk management strategies
Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams, senior leaders and external stakeholders
