We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Head of Clinical Governance to join a dynamic and reputable healthcare organization on a temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and driven individual to make an impact and lead the clinical governance team in ensuring the highest standards of care are met and maintained.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement clinical governance strategies and policies in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure the delivery of highquality care, monitoring and improving clinical outcomes
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for improvement across the organization
  • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
  • Manage the clinical governance team, ensuring they are supported and developed to deliver their roles effectively
  • Monitor and report on clinical governance performance, identifying and addressing any areas of concern
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement
  • Provide expert advice and support to senior leaders on clinical governance matters

Requirements:


  • A relevant healthcare qualification and significant experience in clinical governance leadership roles
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in clinical governance
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, driving performance and delivering results
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare quality improvement initiatives and risk management strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams, senior leaders and external stakeholders
