Our client is one of the biggest international airlines and their group operations include scheduled and non-scheduled international and domestic passenger and cargo services to 220 destinations in 35 countries worldwide and they are looking for Japanese Marketing Coordinator.
The purpose of the role is to build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
The role required to work closely with local offices in the Europe region, the sales planning team in Tokyo, as well as with agencies to achieve objectives set forth by the department.
The role:
- Support the execution of paid marketing campaigns across a broad range of digital marketing channels such as SEM, programmatic, and socials
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
- Assist in the management of sales collateral
- Analyze marketing analytics reports and endofcampaign reports to develop optimization plans together with the stakeholders.
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience in managing stakeholders, including senior management.
- Experience in collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling and impactful campaign content, including copywriting, visual assets, videos, and other creative elements.
- Proficiency in marketing metrics in fullfunnel campaigns.
- Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests and experimentation to optimize campaign elements and drive continuous improvement.
- 3 years of working experience with Excel or other analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in using collaboration tools such as JIRA or Asana.
- Strong problemsolving ability, including metricsdriven thinking.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Experience in working in a multicultural working environment.
The person:
- Proficient in businesslevel Japanese and English language skills.
- At least 4 years marketing experience
- The willingness and ability to adapt to different team dynamics, work cultures, and emerging trends in the industry.
- The ability to empathize, understand, and work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- The ability to collaborate and work well in a team, being respectful and openminded.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas to the team and stakeholders
- Having a strong sense of ownership; an attitude of accountability, proactiveness, and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
- The ability to deal with ambiguous circumstances.
Hours of work
- 9.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday (one hour for lunch)
- 37.5 hours a week
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary:
£27,000.00-£27,976.00 per year
