**The Role - Behaviour Mentor
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor who is looking to support a KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis. This Behaviour Mentor role will require you to be a role model and to take a proactive approach to mentorthe pupil and build a real connection. The aim to build a rapport with the child, while encouraging the pupils to take an independent approach to his learning.


Due to the pupil's needs, the ideal Behaviour Mentor will need to have experience working with children or young people who have challenging behaviour.

Having a background in Football or Sports is highly desirable for this Behaviour Mentor role. This rolerequires full-time commitment on a long-term basis.
