Who we are

Dallaglio RugbyWorks is a charity on a mission to ensure that young people who have been excluded from school are not excluded from society.

We use rugby's core values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship to equip young people that are excluded from education, with the life skills and attitudes they need to move into sustained Education, Employment or Training after school.

We have a key focus on three cross cutting drivers than run through everything we do 1) inclusion & diversity 2) always grounded in youth voice and 3) technological transformation to ensure we continue to deliver the most relevant and highest quality initiatives to the young people we serve.

The charity is currently working towards its ambition to work with 7,500 young people in school time, after school and through digital engagement by 2027 with at least 80% of young people we work with being in sustained EET (employment, education or training) post 18.

We need you to make this happen
