Responsibilities:

Develop and implement stimulating activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Establish positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Be a positive role model for children.
Provide a safe and secure environment for children.
Carry out observations and assessments of children's development.
Ensure that all safeguarding and health and safety regulations are followed.
Establish and maintain effective communication with parents.
Provide feedback to parents on their child's progress.
Liaise with other professionals as required.
Ensure all records are kept up to date.

The Job:

Nursery practitioner role in: Carlisle, Cumbria
Fulltime, Term-Time position, Monday
Friday, 8.30am 3:45pm
Immediate starts available | £ £12 per hour

Needed experience and qualifications:

Minimum of a Level 2 qualification within childcare
Strong A-Level and GCSE grades
Experience of working 1:1 or with small groups
Experience of using visual resources, including visual timetables; now & next boards;

check lists

Experience of/training in phonics & early reading

Acting as a work-finding service, M2 Education has an excellent range of primary schools in Carlisle and surrounding areas.

We are looking for Experienced TAs, NQT and ECT's to assist in support Primary aged children in arrange of year groups.
