Multi-Tradesman / Surveyor

Brick Maintenance Ltd, based in Desborough, are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi - Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team, we are seeking a skilled individual with the ability to carry out variety of day-to-day maintenance works.

Brick Maintenance provides planned & reactive maintenance to a variety of businesses including Insurance companies, Local councils, Letting Agencies and commercial clients across Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and other regions within a 1-hour radius.

The role

To source and collect suitable materials for the job and to carry out works to a good standard
Works will vary on a dailyweekly basis from small repairs to medium sized jobs (e.g., tiling)
The role will require working alone and working alongside our current team.

Requirements of the job

Have extensive experience of Multi trade Maintenance
Have a good understanding of Health and Safety in a construction environment.
Ideally have their own tools, for which you will receive a tool allowance.
Be provided with a company Van and a uniform
Have an eye for detail and a strong desire to achieve great results on time and within budget

You will take pride in your work with high levels of attention to detail.

You will be capable of working independently out in the field whilst also being able to work well within a team whilst involved in larger projects.

Ideally you will be competent in a combination of these trades; (not necessarily all)
