Job Description - Part-time Receptionist - Chiropractic Clinic
The Complete Health Chiropractic Clinic has been established in Salisbury for 20 years, treating patients throughout the area successfully during this time.
The Patient Experience is at the centre of our ethos, and we have many returning patients who recommend us as a result of a solid reputation in the City.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow and progress within a fast - paced chiropractic clinic in Salisbury City Centre.
Responsibilities:
Processing and logging payments received from patients
Work as part of a team within a clinical environment
Key Skills Required:
Well organised, motivated with great customer service skills.
Must have strong IT and keyboard skills with an excellent command of MS Office.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
Monday 2pm - 7pm
Tuesday 9am - 2pm
Thursday 9am - 2pm
Friday 2pm - 7pm
With flexibility to cover staff holidays and occasional sickness.
Further hours are possible as the clinic expands.
Pay Scale:
Hourly rate £10.50 per hour.
This role will suit someone within the local area who is highly organised, meticulous, well presented and proactive on a daily basis.
The role is varied and interesting, with an emphasis on providing a welcoming, efficient primary contact where the patient's needs are placed first.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Salisbury SP1 1DP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
