Our client based in East Leeds is looking for an immediately available Finance Administrator/strong office-based Administrator to assist their friendly finance team for a period of approximately 3 months.

There is a strong possibility that this will becomea permanent role. NB The salary quoted is the Full Time Equivalent FTE salary.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with sales ledger
  • Dealing with telephone queries
  • Taking card payments
  • Making outgoing calls
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Sales invoicing
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
  • An experienced Finance Administrator ideally with some sales ledger experience (not essential) OR a strong general officebased Administrator with good customer service skills who is confident to quickly pick up finance admin skills in the role
  • Well organised and efficient to work in fastmoving, high volume environment
  • Immediately available
  • IT confident with good Excel skills
  • Helpful and positive with good attention to detail
  • A good verbal and written communicator.
