Caretaker - Temporary Contract - Enhanced DBS


My client are a leading property management service provider, experts in the provision and delivery of tailored and bespoke property & FM capabilities to education, commercial, corporate & government buildings.

Located at a large-scale Education facility in the Oldham area, a Caretaker is required on a temporary basis to carry out a wide variety of duties and responsibilities to include (not limited to)

  • Basic building & facilities maintenance i.e. minor repairs to building infrastructure
  • Securing/locking & unlocking of the premises
  • To remove/ collect litter and objects from inside & outside buildings.
  • Empty, move and assist with waste management & recycling
  • To collect and remove refuse daily
  • Provide general support to the cleaner(s) & maintenance team
**Please Note: Due to the nature of the environment - an Education facility
- an Enhanced DBS is required
