Part Time Administrator - TPS South Essex

We are looking to recruit a part-time Administrator to join our busy team here at TPS South Essex.

Duties will include:

Ensure all monies received are processed promptly and securely in accordance with company procedure
Ensure any errors or discrepancies are reported to the TPS Centre Manager immediately
Process all cash payments and credits in the cash journal within the agreed timescales
Manage cash refunds to customers and maintain accurate records
Reconcile any cash queries and notify the TPS Centre Manager of any issues to be escalated
Ensure all outstanding cash debt is followed up and managed in accordance with company procedure
Complete banking for collection by designated cash collection provider or for submission in person
Ensure that all documentation is dealt with in a timely manner
Maintain a systematic filing system to ensure the easy retrieval of documentation and information
Manage stationary and office supplies
Manage the processing of post; incoming and outgoing
