  • YOUR ROLEAre you interested in running the daytoday operations in the Export Department in Bristol? Would you like to take care of the customer service by completing export operator tasks together with the team?
  • If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to be part of CEVA Logistics by working as our Export Air Operator. Join our team and let's make it happen togetherWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Providing professional and proactive customer service at all times when liaising with clients, colleagues, and overseas partners
  • Completing Export Operator related tasks such as Air Bookings, Completing Documentation, Customs declarations, updating internal Track and Trace systems, post flights, charging files out.
  • Oversee and assist in the preparation of quotations for overseas offices and clients, logging these on the appropriate report and following up to secure shipment


  • Customer Procedures

  • Ensuring correct customs and procedures are being used and followed
  • Arrange collections with inhouse transport department or external supply chain haulier.
  • Assist with booking jobs onto the internal system for courier departures and track shipments
  • Assist with cost accruals and charging of shipments including the sending out of invoice and back up documentation to the relevant party
  • File completion in accordance with AEO Procedures
  • Assist with marrying up of Airline delivery notes with file and loading on internal system and manual filing of job files
  • Adhere to GDP Compliance at all times.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing existing customers, EXW's shipments and any other potential customers
