We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialistson a permanent and interim basis.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced specialist in Employee Relations on behalf of a client in Financial Services in London.

Reporting to the Head of HR Advisory, the key objective of this role is to manage a variety of employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries and performance management, and provide advice, guidance and support to HR Business Partners, peoplemanagers, employees and other ER specialists.
