RDASH are looking for a dynamic, progressive, and innovative individual to join the Nursing and Quality team.

We are recruiting to a key position to work alongside other dynamic leaders across the organisation to be world class leaders of health care.


The role will involve:

  • Supporting the Deputy Director of Safety and Quality in the delivery and oversight of compliance and assurance work streams including CQC, specialist compliance requirements and any external assurance matters for compliance.
  • Working alongside the Head of Patient Safety and Deputy Director of Patient Experience to ensure the triangulation of information that informs safety, quality, and patient experience
  • Ensuring the Trust meets its requirements under the Care Quality Commission's fundamental standards and regulations and ensuring that there is a robust framework in place to monitor performance against the regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying gaps in assurance in relation to quality and ensuring the necessary action is taken
  • Developing and maintaining the Trusts performance management system
  • Promoting and developing the culture of a learning organisation committed to high quality of care, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Managing and leading the Clinical Effectiveness team and the Trust approach to clinical effectiveness that drives forward excellence and best practice
  • Supporting the formulation, implementation and monitoring of strategic ambitions and actions.


As Head of Quality and Compliance this is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape continuous service improvement and the quality of care being delivered to our clients.


Your role will be critical in ensuring the Trust is delivering high quality needs led services, as part of integrated care systems.

You will need excellent communication skills, analytical skills, tenacity, and passion.

You must be able to engage a diverse range of people to ensure an inclusive and empowering approach is at the heart of improvement and innovation.

You must also demonstrate that you lead with compassionate and a restorative just culture approach.


You will need a professional qualification in health/ social care or a similar field, as well as significant management, and leadership experience.
