The Role:


To provide back-office administration support for the team to include duties such as customer interaction, product delivery updates, quotations and general administrative duties.

This is a great entry level role for an individual looking for their first position in an office environment and an opportunity to start a career in the oil and gas industry.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and our internal regional sales team in a professional manner as enquiries are received
  • Preparing quotations for customers to present to CS Manager for approval
  • Fully outline customer requirements in a Contract Review including delivery and ensure that all items, quantities and descriptions are correct.
  • Customer interface during outlined work e.g., delivery updates, changes to PO etc.
  • Preparing of Purchase Order acknowledgement post review of Purchase Order T&C's
  • Track delivery and other milestone dates
  • Participate with the daily Gemba walks and weekly production meetings for updates and relay milestones to customers when required
  • Periodically answering telephones
  • Ensuring all field service work is charged accordingly confirming expenses are charged back in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the continual updating of history database
  • Requesting and gathering Customer Feedback for KPI's
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment where necessary
  • Assist with travel, accommodation, visas and vaccinations requirements for personnel when required
  • Booking of training courses, fit to return medicals, medicals etc when required

The Person:


Attention to detail is imperative as is organisational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to prioritise workload with good time management skills.

You will need to be hardworking, dedicated with an enthusiastic mindset.


Skills & Qualifications:
National 5 in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
