FWP Plumbers Nottingham are experts in Plumbing, Heating and & Gas Services specialising in both the commercial and private sector in and around Nottingham.
An exciting opportunity has become available at FWP to join our expanding team as our business grows.
Working Monday to Wed 9am - 2.30pm your role will be varied between administrative and customer support duties working with our Office Manager.
You will deal with incoming queries from both private and commercial environments Responsible for managing field engineers workloads and diary scheduling, this will include liaising with customers to book works and creating engineer service tasks and providing adequate details relating to the jobs from inception to completion.
Key Skills Required
Some experience in Property Maintenance, ideally Plumbing & Heating/Maintenance Industry is preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to work under pressure
Proven experience in providing a good level of service to clients
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Keen eye for detail
Previous Administration and scheduling experience is Preferred
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
IT literate and confident in Microsoft Word and Excel
Confident dealing clients and customers both electronically, over the phone and face to face
Ability to use own initiative
Patient, empathetic and able to communicate with passion
Strong team player
Natural rapport building skills
