We are a leading insulation and heating installer within the energy efficiency industry, and currently seeking an Operations Support to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company who takes pride in their quality of work and service they provide to their customers.


We work alongside major utility companies and local councils helping them meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO) targets and assist homeowners/landlords on making their property more energy efficient.


What does a Operations Support do?
The Operations Support will report to the Operations Director and assist the Operations Department.


This is a key role, working as part of a team and responsible for the day-to-day administration, dealing with general correspondence, maintaining accurate and up to date records and supporting the operations team in the preinstall to post install process.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Operations Team.
  • Provide administrative support, dealing with general correspondence and maintaining accurate and up to date records.
  • Work to tight deadlines and ensuring all paperwork is submitted within the time limit.
  • Ensure the status of each submission is kept up to date.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Record and document relevant information.
  • Consulting with third parties to ensure accuracy and compliance of all documentation.
  • Consulting with colleagues to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Perform any other duties requested by managers to assist operations.
  • Ensuring all enquiries are managed efficiently and activities are conducted in a timely manner, resolving any arising issues, and preventing delays.

Requirements and skills

  • Excellent internal communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organisation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Platforms.
  • Highly organised and capable of multitasking
  • Able to work within a team, and independently.
  • Previous experience in administration or office environment
  • Previous experience within the ECO industry is desirable.

Salary:
£22,500.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
