Investigo are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join a fast track private equity backed group in central Hertfordshire.

Working with an exceptionally strong leadership team, underpinned by a positive and highly collaborative culture, this is an excellentchance for a post qualified accountant (circa 2-3 years PQE) to take their next step in their career.


Offering a wonderful mix of core accounting, reporting and projects, the focus of the role will be to oversee inventory, capex and core revenue lines.

Ideal for someone moving from audit with some PQE or someone from a manufacturing or retail backgroundwho can drive change and offer support to finance and operational stakeholders.


Responsibilities include:

  • Driving monthend reporting and group reporting across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Improving controls and helping to improve balance sheet management and working capital
  • Providing detailed commentary on variances between actual and budgeted results for month
  • Key point of contact with external and internal audit, ensuring all deliverables on time and controls are monitored
  • Overseeing the balance sheet on both inventory and fixed assets and business partnering finance and operational stakeholders.


We are looking for post qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) either trained in practice or an industry qualified with a grounding in core reporting, accounting.

You will need to be a positive thinker, able to balance a variety of responsibilitieswithin a hybrid working environment.
