A London borough is recruiting an interim to deliver a debtors project.

Working directly with the Head of Finance, you will carry out a re-billing analysis for a variety of utilities bills that have been issued based on incorrect usage data.

You will use significant prior experience of working with debtors to collect money owed,and all that that entails from a relationship building and customer service perspective.

This is a large and complex project involving significant data analysis, and therefore suits somebody not afraid of a challenge or working with complex data to ultimately deliver a resolution to an ongoing problem.

Prior experience of local government is not essential, though you must be accomplished in managing debtor relationships at scale previously.
