Ochil Tower School, in Auchterarder, is a vibrant community, made up of residents, day pupils, support workers, staff and and international volunteers who provide care and education to children and young adults (ages 8 to 21) with social, emotional or behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities.

Due to a transition to a 52 week service, we currently have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic people to join us in our residential houses on full, part time and sessional contracts.

• Have a caring attitude and genuine interest in the rights and welfare of young people
• To be able to work as part of a team and work on your own initiative
• Good communication skills
• A relevant qualification, or the willingness to achieve one
• A satisfactory PVG/Criminal Record Check
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council

• Full time salary: £26, £30, dependent on qualifications and experience), inclusive of 33 sleepovers per year
• Sessional workers £ 11.85 per hour on day shift, £13.40 on night shift
• 7 weeks holiday pay
