Service Advisor needed in Armagh

Basic Salary**:Up to c. £25,000 Basic Salary
Supervisor Level**: Up to c. £29,000 Basic Salary if you have experience of managerial duties and can help out in other areas of the business.
Monday to Friday

Our client is an independent garage, looking to expand its front of house team. This garage is well established in the area and priorities customer service - this shows in the company reviews.

What are they looking for?

Previous experience in the Motor Trade is necessary for this role.
Full UK Driving Licence.
You will be working on the front desk for a busy automotive business so you will be able to multitask whilst maintaining performance.
If you have managerial experience and can help out in other areas of the business, our client will look at hiring you as a Service Supervisor on a higher basic salary.
This will be a varied role, so you must be prepared for anything.
Communication skills must be outstanding as well as good organisational skills.

What is the Service Advisor / Supervisor job role?

You will be handling all customer enquiries, and be the main point of contact for both the workshop and the customer.
Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
You will be on the service reception desk, so you must ensure that all custom is put through the system provided. This must be done quickly but efficiently.
Ensure that all paperwork is completed to company guidelines. These must be processed correctly, and logged onto the system if required.
Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
