Description

We are in need of enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our brand new community retail store team in North Shields.

Working on a casual basis initially, we are looking for someone that has availability 1 or 2 days per week Monday to Friday.

Our usual delivery days are Monday & Wednesday between the hours of 10am & 3pm.

This would be a zero hour contract to start, however, as our new store grows we may be able to offer additional hours on a permanent contract.

You will need to be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers, we don't expect items to be dropped on the doorstep, sometimes our customers need a little help getting the items into their homes.

Some items will be larger such as sofas, wardrobes etc and some will be small items and bags of donations.

You must be over 18 & physically able to assist with moving larger items for this position.

A full driving licence would be a bonus

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with collecting and delivering furniture items and other donations locally.
Deliver donations bags and leaflets door to door
Collect full donations bags from outside homes

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary:
£12.00 per hour
