NXTGEN have got another opportunity for a Management Accountant to join one of our fantastic clients based in Ipswich. If you're looking to progress your career, this opportunity could be perfect for you long term.

As Management Accountant, your primaryrole will be doing monthly accounts and supporting in the FP&A process while working closely with the other members of the finance department, specifically the financial controller.

You would also be working alongside commercial teams on sales margins andprofits in this particular role as Management Accountant.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare month end management accounts and supporting schedules
  • Annual budgets and forecasts as well as end of year statutory accounts process
  • Weekly performance projections
  • Analysis and interpretation of Commercial product and customer profitability while assisting in the analysis and completion of rolling forecasts along with various adhoc reports and analysis.
  • Cost reporting, cost processes and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Oversee ledger entries, bank reconciliations and manage the credit control function
  • Various other projects/duties that may be asked of you by the Head of Finance
