At UK Architectural Heritage, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

In this dynamic role, the successful applicant will be the first point of contact for our customers and take a lead role in the marketing of the business.

About Us
UK Architectural Heritage is a seller of premium architectural and decorative antiques.

Based in rural Herefordshire, we are one of the largest reclamation yards in the country with showrooms and warehouses packed with hand-picked antiques in styles through the ages.

We work with architects, interior and retail designers, filmmakers, property developers and homeowners.

The Role

Arranging sales, refunds and returns for customers
Creating invoices, reconciling payments and maintaining sales spreadsheets
Scheduling collections and deliveries, maintaining the mailing list and customer database
Working with the Director and other team members to update and implement an effective marketing strategy
2 years experience in a similar role
Educated to degree level
Excellent IT skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Apple Mac
Familiar with Instagram and Facebook
Strong organisational skills
Excellent customerfacing and written communication skills
Able to multitask and prioritise workload
Strong time management skills
Team player
Right to work in the UK
Own transport essential due to our rural location
Experience with QuickBooks Accounting System
Experience with Mailchimp
Interest in Antiques
