We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Senior Market Risk Actuary to join our Group Capital Management team.

The role


As our Senior Market Risk Actuary you will lead our market risk team, which maintains and develops our internal model calibration methodologies for market risks to keep pace with a rapidly changing business.

This will require you to work and develop relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders across the business.

You'll also lead on interactions with the regulator to ensure our capital models remain appropriate as the business develops and grows.

You can similarly expect to contribute to a range of exciting strategic initiatives.

You have the ability to influence and communicate effectively with colleagues and senior stakeholders from different disciplines right across the business.

Experience of driving continuous improvement will fit well with the role. If you have a good technical base and strong stakeholder management skills we strongly encourage you to apply
