Quality Assurance Services provide advice and support for the University's Academic Schools to align with our institutional quality assurance framework.

The framework includes Academic Regulations, quality assurance policies and procedures, and processes which together, ensure that academic standards and quality are maintained and enhanced.


As a Quality Officer, you will support the provision of definitive university advice, guidance and support on the use and interpretation of our University's Academic Regulations and on matters relating to academic standards, academic quality and enhancement of all the University's higher education provision including degree apprenticeships and collaborative provision.


Working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, Director of Quality and Quality Officers, as well as with the academic, professional services and senior management teams you will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and experience of working in the Higher Education Sector and, of matters relating to academic standards and quality.
