About Our Client:

Page Personnel are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a company based in Leeds. The company works closely with Wholesaler businesses and is a successful market leader.

This role is to work closely with the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control teams, supporting them on a day to day basis.

We are looking for someone with Purchase Ledger inputting experience who is happy to assist teams with data updates.

  • Purchase ledger data entry (posting / matching Pos)
  • Sales ledger data entry (posting / clearing & matching outstanding transactions)
  • Key supplier / customer statement of account reconciliations (we're not currently in a position to do these but eventually this will be required)
  • Credit note admin / coordination (we need to review the process as a finance / warehouse team)
  • Provide holiday cover for purchase ledger / sales ledger
  • Ad hoc admin

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience in a Purchase Ledger clerk/Sales Ledger support role
  • NAV or Dynamics experience is not essential, but desirable
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
